Hi. I semi-closed my ear lobe with the help of stitches via local jeweler, but the case got worst after two months, when it broke up again. I visited Dr.Poonam Sharma and insisted her to semi-close the hole again. But she adviced me to close the hole completely, and have a new hole done near to it and it made sense. Even after 5 years I have no issues with the hole closed.
